Do you offer financing options?
No, we do not offer finance ourselves. But, we can certainly chat with you about your options. 

Can I trade in my current vehicle?
Absolutely! We accept trade-ins at trade money and accept all makes and models. Email or WhatsApp the details of your vehicle and we will be happy to take a look (If you can provide us a valuation it would save a lot of time).

What electric vehicles do you carry?
We stock a variety of electric vehicles from leading manufacturers. Our inventory includes fully electric models and plug-in hybrids to suit different driving needs.

How do I charge an electric vehicle?
EVs can be charged at home using a standard outlet or a Type 2 home charger for faster charging. You can also use public charging stations, which are increasingly available in Suffolk and the surrounding area. We can guide you through the charging process and recommend home charging solutions.

How far can an electric vehicle travel on a single charge?
The range varies by model, typically between 150-400 miles per charge for most modern EVs. Factors like weather, driving habits, and vehicle features can affect range. We’ll help you find an EV that matches your driving needs.

What maintenance do electric vehicles require?
EVs generally require less maintenance than Ice powered cars since they have fewer moving parts. Routine maintenance includes tire rotations, brake checks, and software updates. Our outsourced service centre is equipped to handle all EV maintenance needs.

Can I test drive a vehicle before buying?
Yes! Once you are happy with the vehicle and ready to purchase we can arrange this. 

Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we offer full nationwide delivery.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy varies depending on the vehicle and purchase agreement. Typically, we would always try our best to help.

Do you provide vehicle servicing and repairs?
Yes we offer a bespoke outsourced service and repair service. Many customers ask us to take care of the yearly service and MOT that can be arranged directly with us.

Can I buy a car online?
Yes! Our website allows you to browse our inventory through Motor’s and eBay.
